Lkb8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using lkb8 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated below.
Updated: 2026. These terms apply to all lkb8 users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the lkb8 platform, you automatically agree to be bound fully by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any provision here, you are requested to immediately cease using the platform.
Use of lkb8 is limited to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years old at the date of registration;
- Be a legitimate Malaysian citizen or resident;
- Not prohibited by local law from participating in online betting activities;
- Register using true, complete, and accurate information.
Lkb8 reserves the right to decline registration or restrict access for any individual who does not meet the above criteria, without being obliged to provide any reason.

2. Account Creation and Information Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on lkb8. Multiple registrations using the same or different identities are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances. During registration, you are required to provide your valid full name, phone number, and active email. This information is necessary for identity verification (KYC) before processing the first withdrawal.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. lkb8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. lkb8 is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence in securing their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As an lkb8 user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure and legal actions:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform;
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt lkb8's security systems;
- Engaging in fraud of any kind, including manipulation of game outcomes;
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal or suspicious activities;
- Impersonating others or providing false information during registration or verification;
- Using the platform to transfer money illegally or bypass financial compliance procedures;
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in any manner not permitted under the relevant promotion terms.
Lkb8 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary, in compliance with the platform’s financial regulatory obligations.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on lkb8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not support direct payment in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via DuitNow, GrabPay, and supported interbank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform and may change from time to time. lkb8 does not accept cash deposits or any payment methods not listed on the platform’s interface. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified during the transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts registered under the same name as your lkb8 account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any initial withdrawal is processed. lkb8 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals suspected of fraud or violations of terms. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method and current workload.
5. Liability and Account Suspension or Closure Policy
Lkb8 Liability Limits
Lkb8 provides the platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties that the service will always be available uninterrupted. The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses users may suffer from using or being unable to use the platform, including financial losses from betting outcomes.
Lkb8 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including telecommunication network failures, power outages, or government orders.
Account Closure Policy
Lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms in this document;
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity;
- Instructions from relevant authorities;
- User requests account closure in writing.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Terms Changes
Intellectual Property
All content on lkb8, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of lkb8 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written consent from lkb8.
Third-Party Links
The lkb8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. lkb8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
Changes to Terms
Lkb8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of lkb8 will be resolved through prior discussion, and if unresolved, referred to the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. By using this platform, you agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any related claims.
